Aurelisara Ground Anchor Bolt Set

A set of heavy expansion anchor bolts to fix the base plates of an outdoor bar or rig down to a concrete footing, the fixings that keep equipment solid under the pull and swing of training. Hot-dip galvanised against rust in the common base-plate sizes; set into sound, cured concrete per the equipment's instructions. The anchors a rig's safety depends on.

• Type: galvanised ground anchor bolts, set
• Use: fix base plates to concrete footings
• Fit: into sound cured concrete, per the instructions

A training accessory or fixing for outdoor fitness equipment. Match it to your bars or rig and fit per the instructions; anchors go into sound concrete or structure. Not a medical device — train within your own ability and warm up first.
